Welcome to Sobr (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sobr mobile application (the “App”) and our website https://www.sobrapp.app (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Use of the App

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
  • You agree not to misuse or interfere with the App or try to access it using a method other than the interface provided.
  • You may use the App only as permitted by law and these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All content in the App—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is owned or licensed by Sobr and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any material from the App without our prior written consent.

3. User Content

  • If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content to improve our Services.
  • You represent that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Sobr Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple’s App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading or using the App, you agree to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA). This governs your use of the App and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Disclaimers

  • The App provides tools and resources for support but does not constitute medical or psychological advice.
  • We make no warranties regarding the reliability, availability, or completeness of the App content.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sobr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App or Services.

8. Privacy

  • Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your data.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the latest version.
  • Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
